Adjudication is a form of dispute resolution and a statutory process under the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996, which entitles parties to a construction contract to refer a disputed matter to Adjudication whereby an independent third party Adjudicator will make its temporary, non-binding decision, normally within a period of 28-days.
